Midnight Technologies Moves Forward with the RTU 
RMS is pleased to announce that Midnight Technologies is now the primary contact for the RMS RTU range. Midnight Technologies will continue to support the existing range of RTUs and is developing the new RTU Plus. The RTU Plus is a small, compact RTU designed for the Industrial Process environment.
Midnight Technologies is a company that specialises in hardware design excellence. Midnight Technologies designed the original RTU and every model of RMS RTU since. Besides providing full hardware support for the existing RTU range, Midnight Technologies extends your investment with the new RTU Plus product. RTU Plus supports most of the features of the existing RTU range, in a smaller package.
Improvements Based on Customer Feedback RMS places a lot of importance on customer feedback. The feedback from many hours of discussions with customers, analyzing their needs, suggestions and criticisms, has resulted in many significant improvements to the RTU's design and firmware. The end result is a very robust unit that is flexible and that can be configured to meet customers' environments.
It doesn't end there either. RMS is currently developing an HMI (Human Machine Interface) that is more suitable for industrial process and control. The RTU was designed to integrate with one of the many excellent SNMP managers as its main display.
RMS has also started development of the next generation of RTU. This is a new hardware design with new firmware to go with it. The new RTU will not only boast the many features of the existing RTU, but will also incorporate the latest that technology, and our many years of experience, have to offer. |
